Mission Statement: It is the mission of the Twin Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America to serve others by helping instill values in young people and in other ways prepare them to make ethical choices over their lifetime in achieving their full potential. The values we strive to instill are based on those found in the Boy Scout Oath and Law.

Twin Valley Council, BSA serves youth and volunteer leaders in 14 counties in South-Central Minnesota. Below are the purposes of each program and some selected achievements for the year 2001.
